Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened food products, used items, and items not in original condition cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact service@foodcanine.com and include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
